We have two houses available for rent in the highly desirable Tahoe Park area of Tahoe City. The two houses are next door to each other and are both 3 bedroom/2 bath houses. Both have been remodeled with new kitchens, family rooms and bathrooms. Great for multi-family occasions where you would like to have your own house but be next door to your friends or family.


Situated in a friendly neighborhood on the lakeside of the highway, it's a 5 minute walk to Lake Tahoe & our private homeowners association beach, Sunnyside Bar, local markets and restaurants. It's an ideal location for both summer & winter activities, 2 miles from Tahoe City, close to ski areas, hiking & biking trails, shops & restaurants. 1555 has a hot tub in the backyard. Please note our home is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe pet allergies.

Private Homeowners Beach Access

Both houses are a 5 minute walk from the lake and a private homeowners beach. The beach is right next to the famous Sunnyside resort and bar, one of the best restaurant/bars on the lake. You can see the Sunnyside deck alongside the beach in this picture.

Near World Famous Ski Resorts

We're a 15 minute drive from world famous ski resorts: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood. Sunny skies, gorgeous mountain scenery, and a relaxed California attitude make Lake Tahoe one of the most desirable ski destinations in North America. Add to that several world-class ski resorts with excellent snow conditions, extensive terrain, and state-of-the-art ski lifts, and it's hard to rival this winter wonderland.

Tahoe Park Beach Park

Tahoe Park Beach Park is the private homeowners association beach that both of our houses have access to. There is a beautiful grass lawn down to the beach. The park has volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, bocce ball, BBQs, and kids playground

Our Street; Easy Walk to the Lake

This is the walk down our street to the lake. We're on the lake side of the highway so no busy highways to cross. At the end of the street, just a 5 minute walk, is the lake and Sunnyside Resort.
